Local products and suppliers play a leading part in catering at Onder den Peerenboom. The so called Green Heart of The Netherlands richly provides local products like the famous Gouda cheeses in many variantions, fresh farm dairy, ice cream, vegetables, fruits but also meat and (shell) fish. Together with our partners we prefer to cater you tailor made. From a buffet to a walking diner or a five course diner at at table laid with linnen, china and silver. Everything in line with you personal wishes. We appreciate to discuss them with you.

Should you wish to start you meeting at the break of dawn you can use the Onder den Peerenboom business breakfast. Fresh crusty French bread form Menno and Carl Siegert with tasty cheese, fresh orange juice, fruits, curds, bacon eggs and bangers, home made granola etc. Through the day you can use coffee, tea and lots more with one of our coffee packages:

Business coffee – Nespresso coffee specialties, tea, ice water, a wide range of sodas (regular and biodynamic), a generously filled jar of Dutch candy and cookies, local choclate specialties, mints and fresh fruits on the table.

Business Extra coffee – The same as Business Coffee but with the addition of cake in the morning or a hearty snack in the afternoon.

To give you an idea of our lunches: how about a salad of ‘nagelholt’ (dried beef) with figues and port souce, or maybe a salad of spring vegetables with a classic vinaigrette, or do you prefer a Caesar salad with our home made ansjovis Caesar dressing? Ofcourse we will also serve you our Menno or Carl Siegert bread because of their excellent quality and taste supplemented with dishes we prepare from what the producers around us offer in the seasons. We can of course take any allergy of diet  wish into account (gluten, nuts, lactose etc.)

Diner we serve in cooperation with a limited number of selected partners. We have a fitting offer for any budget and apprecite to discuss this with you.
